The LiFE program is a 7 session program run over 8 to 12 weeks. Unlike traditional exercise programs that focus on a certain number of repetitions each day, the LiFE program works by integrating strength and balance activities into everyday routines.
Initially developed at the University of Sydney to improve strength and balance in people over the age of 50, further case studies on pairing these activities with an Orientation and Mobility program showed:
You can continue gym memberships, exercise programs etc. while participating in the LiFE program. They are likely to benefit each other.
