Brain Based Vision Impairment

The type and extent of the vision loss depends on which area of the brain has been affected. People with a brain based vision loss might experience any of the following examples.

It can be confusing for the person and those around them, as the vision in the good field may be clear, yet the person may walk into furniture, people, or other objects on one side, or be able to see something in one setting but not another.

Depending on your needs, assessment and training my include the following examples.
